The School Day

9.00am- 3.30pm

Morning registration

The gates to the playground open at 8.50 am and the classroom doors also open at 8.50 am for all classes. Please ensure your child is in school before the gates are closed at 9.00 am. If your child is late, please take them to the main office and sign them in. If your child is ill, please inform the school office before 9.30 am. Children attending our afternoon Nursery will be let into school at 12.15 pm.

Morning breaktime

10.30-10.45 am 

Lunchtime

Full-Time Nursery & Reception: 11.30 am-12.30 pm

KS1 and KS2 12.00-1.00pm

Hometime

Nursery: 11.50 am (morning session) and 3.30 pm (afternoon session).

Reception to Year 6: 3.30pm.

Children should be picked up from their classroom door. 

If you are going to be late picking your child up please ensure you contact the school office as soon as possible so the teacher can be informed. If your child has not been picked up by 11.45 am (for morning Nursery) and 3.35 pm (for afternoon Nursery and Reception to Year 6) they will be brought to the school office and you will be required to pick them up from there.

In total, children are in school for 6.5 hours each day, which equates to 32.5 hours per week.
