We have developed our 5 Phase Framework over time and based it heavily on research on how children learn. The framework guides children through their lessons in a complete cycle of starting with previous learning and ending with reviewing learning and thinking about where their learning will take them next. 

Teacher Expertise

We have used Steplab to create a highly effective model for Teaching and Learning professional development. On a 3 weekly cycle, our staff rehearse researched-based teaching techniques then coach each other using them in the classroom.
